I joined through Rumila Enterprises for a live-in maid job in South Delhi. They are very helpful and give good homes to work in. I got my salary on time and the family was respectful. Best maid agency in Delhi
Their staff Ajay is very rude. Being a service provider, he doesn't even know how to handle a customer. A straight denial for the service without even checking if the requirement can be met or not.
20/7/25: Response to your revert- the maid you said was not available, she was infact available as I spoke to her directly. You guys didn't care to first check with her and then tell me the status.
So don't try to act innocent here by putting the blame on me. She even kept following up with me to confirm the duty but since your agency wasn't involved, I didn't go ahead with her.
I've seen many other reviews below also, whoever has raised a complaint, you guys have always put the blame on the customer, and never ever have accepted or apologised for your wrong deeds.

Got the contact of this nanny agency from a Neighbor. I’ve had positive and negative experiences with nannies sent by this agency. But this is attributed to individual nanny personality and not the agency. Ultimately, the agency is very responsible and quickly takes action to replace a bad nanny. Whenever a nanny does not work out, we get a replacement within 24h which ensures that there is less chaos. The nannies have been mostly very professional, trustworthy and responsible. My only feedback is that nannies must be pitched for hire only if they can provide a testimonial from the previous homes they have worked in. And there needs to be notice period of 1 week minimum for resigning so that the next nanny can be trained by the current nanny during offboarding. These are suggestions if enforced will improve the quality of staff even more. Having a dependable nanny is the key to a working woman’s success. And thanks to this agency, for now, I am able to manage both my home and career responsibilities well.
