Extremely disappointing experience at Royal Pepper Banquet, Rohini Sector 10. The service was highly unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy.
While my family was having lunch during our function on 10th January 2026, we were informed mid-meal that the plates had finished. When we requested them to arrange just 5 additional plates so we could complete our meal and assured them that payment would be made immediately after, the staff flatly refused. They insisted on advance payment first, without showing any flexibility or respect.
Shockingly, they asked everyone to get up from the tables in the middle of the meal. This behavior was extremely embarrassing and unacceptable, especially during a family function.
Mr. Suraj, who was handling the arrangements at the Rohini Sector 10 location, was particularly rude and mannerless. Such behavior from management reflects very poorly on the banquet.
I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and respectful event experience.
We just attend a reception party here, we did enjoy alots and there is variety of snacks and main course
Located just at walking distance from peeragarhi metro station.. this banquet is located on premium location.. but in middle of 3 banquets so slight congested in wedding season. Decoration is well and organised. Halls for celebration are available on ground, first and second floor. Food was okay but icecream was poor in quality.
Food served quality not upto the mark.
Salads not fresh, smelling rotten.
Food flavours not as looking like in served.
In this healthy season where fresh vegetables are ready available, Green Chutney third class low category from some outside vendor.
Dal & Mixed vegetable is the life of food, which is also average.
Hope they need to think regarding the Food supply vendor & need lots of improvement.
Visited on 26th October, 2025, Interior Decoration and Exterior Decoration are very awesome. Some snacks were okay, while others were simply unappetizing. The main course menu wasn't particularly good either; some were overly spicy and some were undercooked. The mixed-up meal wasn't enjoyable.
