This place is a complete disappointment. The staff is rude and this shop does not accept qr payments or card payment. This place feels like scam and Gst as well as Income tax department must visit this place as they deal in lakhs but are taking payments only in cash.
Over the years, Roopak Stores has become a dependable name for my kitchen. Their spices and masalas perform the same across different dishes. Premium quality is reflected quietly through consistency rather than claims.
I went there today (just to explore, didn't exactly know what I wanted to buy) and the behaviour of staff was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I did buy one packet of biscuit (250 rupees) but I will not be going there again. Most of the masale and dry fruits are extremely expensive if compared with prices of Chandni chowk. The shop accepts only cash, which is unbelievable. I'm assuming they aren't paying their taxes (and they must be earning in 8 digits easy).
This cash only thing needs to be inspected 😅😅. As for the biscuits- they are good just as good as you will find in any other bakery.

Staff are average and not help much here go and purchase and paid.

All products are double the price what is available in the market. I thought their product might be too superior but unfortunately found a big hair strand and small stone in the peanut chikki.
Stop cheating customers..
All other products are below standard. Very bad experience.. in this manner you will get only One Time Buy customer.
So request to kindly get the products double checked before passing the QC.
