During the discussion with Ms Aarti and Mr Himanshu khanna, I was informed that there is an old policy (year 2007) with a bonus amount of approximately ₹40,000, and that by paying premium for 2 years, I would receive approximately ₹90,000 after 5 years.
However, upon reviewing the policy document and previous communication, I understand that this is a fresh policy with a premium payment term of 10 years and policy term of 20 years.
Customer support didn't help and deducted 210 rs as charges
Please Don't waste your hard earned money
Wanted to surrender the policy after 5 years and visited Rajouri Garden branch. Ms Heena took all papers on 8th Jan 26 and promised funds within 7 days. But no action taken and I had to request for return of policy bond on 23rd Jan 26. You may not het the money back when you need in harder times. Pathetic. Don't ever invest in these kind of policies.

Very very bad.. Please don't ever take any plans from this company. They are totally fraud agents tell a lie n sell us a fraud plan. We lost our whole money. They Didn't give us back a single amount of money. So please be aware of this fraud.
I have shared the recent experienced that heena assistant manager for this company misguided me with the bonus part and forced me to purchased a new policy with the amount of 40000 still i have not received any bonus this lady misguided every time so my advised don't take any suggestion from her. whatever she has commited me all fake.
