Extremely disappointing experience. I sent a parcel from Mumbai to Ireland, paying a premium charge with the promise of delivery within 4–5 days. It has now been over a month, and the parcel is still not delivered.
There has been no clear communication, no accountability, and no urgency in resolving the issue. For a service that markets itself as fast and reliable, this has been a complete failure.
If you’re charging customers top rates, the least you can do is deliver on your timelines or proactively update them. This has been a total waste of money and a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
I had an excellent experience with Reliable International Courier Services. Their service was professional, reliable, and supportive throughout the entire process. They stayed in constant communication with me, answered every query patiently, and resolved my doubts multiple times without ever making me feel inconvenient. Their customer support was truly outstanding. Most importantly, my product was delivered safely, securely, and right on time. I genuinely appreciate their dedication and professionalism. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy shipping/agency service!
I had booked a 22 kg parcel for Srilanka through Reliable Courier. They used Aramax and promised delivery in 5-6 days. However the parcel finally got delivered in 5 weeks. I had to go through a great deal of stress to follow up Aramex directly in Colombo number of times. Apart from the duty that I had to pay (which I understand was to be paid additionally) I was charged clearing and onward delivery charge. These charges were never mentioned by Reliable and came as a surprise additional charge. This was lack of transparency of Reliable and forcing me to pay additional cost when one has no choice. They also wrongly put the product as sarees when it was safas for a wedding which was the reason duty was imposed. Reliable blames Aramax and at Aramax there is no one to raise dispute as one deals with a call centre and email replies. Never use Reliable or Aramax is the learning.

I had a great experience with Reliable International, thanks to Vipin Raj, Branch Manager at the Gurgaon office. He was extremely quick to respond and very helpful with all my enquiries throughout the process.
The parcel was delivered to Kolkata before the estimated time, which was a pleasant surprise.
Wonderful service and excellent coordination. Highly recommended!
SCAMMING COMPANY, BE AWARE... Tells you fake informations over the phone to just book with them. When I was in chennai, I wanted to sent a package of excess amount of things I brought for my family to Sri lanka. I called this company and they said by the weight of 40kg it would cost me 700 rupees for each kg and nothing additional. I booked them and they sent this hindi speaking boy who didnt know tamil or English, he had no idea what was accepted and not. He called ten thousand times to the office to confirm and backed everything, gave us a receipt for 23800, stating it was 34kg when it was barely 31kg. I was told I would receive tracking number right away but I had to chase them, and initially they said 10 to 13 days for delivery but it changed after picking up to almost 17 days. After 8 days they told me some of the items that they picked up didn't meet the clearance so it had to be returned back to us but which was more than 4.2kg but they wouldn't compensate for it. On top of everything we had to pay additional 37000 srilankan money for the package to be released to us which they said we wouldn't need to pay a penny more. MONEY GREEDY, LYING, FAKING, SCAMMING INDIAN COMPANY. DON'T TRUST AND GET FOOLED LIKE US.
