Fraud company, against order payment taken twice, while demanding refund personal abuse and physically handled. I am physically handicapped and not able to revert any person. Mr Suraj told that our director Mr. Rajesh denied to refund while the stock already returned back to stores by courier. Also Mr Ajay Devgan vice president of company denied to listen anything. Mr Vikas Singh also denied to refund money. Very helpless and feel cheated.

I only pay the freight charge that company representative sent to me is 510/- and I will pay only 510/- Rs. But your representative is requesting me to pay Extra freight charge 350/- Rs. Other than 510/- that I can afford to pay double freight charge.

If your company not able to provide door delivery then Please take your goods back from your warehouse.

Fraud company. First they ask to make advance payment when payment is made they do not bother to dispatch the product and receive the call. After repeated follow ups they ask to pay additional money for courier when it was clearly discussed that no additional courier charges will be there. Had worst experience with Gaurav. Do not buy any product from the company.
