Bad Service and Unprofessional Behavior
How reviews are good, I have no idea, saw 2 reviews from a same person also.
My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish.
To begin with, instead of messaging, he would repeatedly call directly, even when I was in the middle of other commitments. On my very first appointment, I wasted an entire hour traveling to the location, only to find the office locked. After multiple calls, he informed me that he was somewhere else, without any prior notice.
After I handed over my laptop, he called to arrange a meeting. It’s worth mentioning that he is never consistently available at the shop. When I went to meet him, he demanded payment upfront, even though we had clearly agreed that the charges would be discussed after inspecting the laptop and deciding the next course of action. Despite this, he showed up without even opening or checking the laptop, once again wasting my time.
Following several unsuccessful follow-ups, I decided not to proceed with the repair and agreed to pay the inspection charges just to get my laptop back. It took him nearly three weeks to even respond. When he finally did, he asked me to come to his apartment instead of a professional workspace. While checking whether the RAM and SSD (both expensive components) were still intact, he behaved inappropriately.
To make matters worse, some laptop screws were also misplaced.
Overall, this was a highly frustrating experience marked by poor communication, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable behavior. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with his services.
