This has easily been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had with any service provider. The level of unprofessionalism shown by this printing company is honestly shocking. From the very beginning, communication was poor—emails went unanswered, updates were vague, and no one seemed to have a clear idea of what was going on.

Deadlines clearly mean nothing to them. Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances, my order was delayed without any proper explanation. When you rely on printed material for important work, such negligence is unacceptable. It felt like my time and urgency were completely ignored.

Customer service only made things worse. Instead of taking responsibility, there was a constant attempt to deflect blame and offer generic excuses. There was no accountability, no effort to resolve the issue properly, and certainly no sense of professionalism.

Overall, this company fails on all the basic expectations—timeliness, quality, and communication. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting them with anything important.

I ordered posters from them, and they arrived bent. They refused to offer a refund, because it would straighten out over time. Please do not waste your time with this company.

My experience -

I had ordered a few books to be printed with Printster.

But all the books have many pages in the wrong order.

For example

10-11-13-12-14

Instead of

10-11-12-13-14

Many of the pages were flipped before binding.

According to their policy, they don't acknowledge complaints more than 10 days after delivery. So now I'm stuck with books with many pages printed in the wrong order.

So, in the public interest - my advise to future customers is to check every single page thoroughly immediately after receiving your order. If your book has hundreds of pages, good luck checking every single page.

Reliable Quality, Every Single Time!

I've been consistently impressed with Printster. They always deliver on time without fail, and the book quality is excellent - I haven't had a single complaint yet.
I initially ordered just one book to test the waters, but after seeing the quality, Printster has become my go-to website for all my printing needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for dependable service and great results!

I had printed more than 40 books. These are my observations
1. Paper quality is good
2. Binding is great especially wiro and comb
3. Shipping is also good with DTDC

Website is bit hard to use but otherwise their print quality and service is good.
