Owner is very arrogant person. They never provide on time service and charges very high. Owner also shows he is doing a favour by sending someone. Never buy anything from pride equipment’s. We bought a new Berjaya planetary mixer and it broke within couple of months. They is no warranty and owner says nothing can be done. What’s the purpose of warranty.
Myself Harshit from ROAST hyderabad. I raised a complaint 2-3 weeks ago but sent any technical person. Already co-ordinate with mr. Gopi tiwari but no responding my calls. Poor service. Please maintain your technical team.
Product they are selling must be branded but if it comes to taking warranty from them then please forget it They seems to be of the mental state that Warantty is not their business and they think that providing warantty is not their duty but they are doing you a favor, and also warannty is a one time favour forget about one year period Totally Bad Service and worst Technician Behaviour.
One of the worst places to buy your equipments from. They sell second hand products on double the prices than first hand products. Not only that there is no customer service. When customers have a complaint they not only misbehave but also used bad words.
One of the worst company to buy your refrigerators or other stuffs from. I have bought few refrigerators and blenders. All of them are of very poor quality. They will tell you that it has 3 years of warranty but trust me it doesnt. The company seems like a scam. Their owner Deepak sinha will never attend your call nor he will provide you with any solution if you face any issue, He is so rude and runs a very unethical business. I own a restaurant in South Delhi. I have never reviewed any company. However i just cant resist myself and posting the true image of this company.
