It was a great experience interacting with the team about the product and services. Om helped me understand it with ease. I ordered TSC TTP 345 with consumables (ribbon and labels); it was processed fast with same-day delivery and installation.
Vaibhav delivered the printer with consumables. Installation was quick and easy. He gave me a product demo and allowed me to practice a few times under his supervision. Installed label-designing software as well.
Overall, I had a good experience with the team, and I expect it to be the same when the need for service and support arises.
