He has a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Without properly diagnosing the actual issue, he proceeded to do unnecessary work in order to just charge the money and subsequently charged an excessive amount for the useless work he did. If there was an option, I would have given him a negative rating. Do not call him for any work.

I cannot recommend Pramod enough! I had a sudden and urgent water leakage issue at home around 5 in the morning. In a panic, I called him, and to my absolute surprise and relief, he was at my doorstep within 20 minutes. Not only was he extremely prompt, but he also diagnosed and fixed the issue in just 10 minutes—with calm professionalism and a smile.
