Average service as per the price. based on their positive review, I booked them for shifting from Delhi to Kharar mohali. But my experience was moderate. My things were packed in a hurry, no separate packing of glass items or delicate items was done, glass items were forcefully jammed in the boxes and I found some of my glassware broken when I opened the package. No proper list of the number of packages was given. No proper marking was done on the packs, so we had hard time to find what was within which box. Most of the items were packed hurriedly in blue polythenes. Packed certain things so carelessly that their pieces got dismantled and I have to fix those things again. The paint of many of my furniture items came off due to rough handling. My induction oven was packed so badly that it got broken from behind. When I asked them to be careful they replied that it is their daily work so they know better. I had myself packed many of my things beforehand, still they were just hurrying like anything. Then they asked us to provide feedback, so I am giving it honestly, they communicate well and also gave updates regarding their time to time location, they also unloaded placed the things where asked, but as per the high charges they are taking, it was really pretty average service.
