Worst company i have seen in logistics who doesn't have proper reply after taking the shipment and doesn't pick the call and block the numbers after taking the shipment, people doesn't have proper knowledge how to handle the shipments and MR rajpal is in the the company is replying me that doing DDP shipments in Air is illegal, company is totally worst and not trustworthy to do shipments, don't do shipments with this company people out their, they are totally irresponsible.
They asked me to pay for forwarding charges when my package arrived from australia. after payment when i asked them status of my parcel, they didnt share any tracking and wrote 'Package destroyed'
This company is a scam. Your parcel will never be delivered, and you’ll end up losing both your package and the expensive delivery charges. It has been over six months, and I have neither received the courier nor a refund.
This company is SCAM. Your parcel will never get deliver. You will loose your parcel as well the hefty delivery charges.Seems like some 5th failed people open this company to loot people. They dont know what is allowed vs not allowed, never reply to courier company like UPS and your parcel will be disposed off.
We recently used Overseas Logistics Pvt Ltd (Mahipalpur, Delhi) to send a courier from Delhi to London, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had.
We sent a parcel of clothes for Diwali weighing around 2 kg, but they charged us for 4 kg, claiming the box weight had increased — adding ₹800 extra without any proper reason. Despite charging extra for packaging, they didn’t even bother to pack our clothes properly. Instead, they placed them in a filthy, smelly box that looked like it had been picked from a gutter.
When the parcel arrived in London, we were shocked by its condition. All our clothes smelled terrible and were completely unfit to wear. It was very clear that no proper care or packaging was done, even though we paid for it.
We have attached photos of the parcel as proof of how badly the shipment was handled. This was supposed to be a simple delivery for a festive occasion, but it turned into a horrible experience.
I strongly advise everyone not to use Overseas Logistics Pvt Ltd for any international courier. They are extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and provide the worst service possible.
Avoid them completely — they take your money and ruin your shipment.
