Extremely disappointed by the staff’s attitude Sunita at Okhla’s showroom. Visited there to get a good highlighter piece for my site. Went there all the way from Gurgaon to get something but neither she had complete knowledge of the product nor she was interested in dealing and taking the order.

I chose Osaanj for their impressive collection of subway tiles, but my experience has been very disappointing. The tiles arrived broken during transport, and when I reordered, the shades didn’t match, ruining the entire look of my bathroom floor (see pictures for reference). The black hexagon floor tiles I received look worn out and aged, despite being brand new, and no cleaning agent seems to make them look better. To make matters worse, their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. I strongly recommend reconsidering before ordering tiles from them—I had a terrible experience.

I recently had the opportunity of dealing with Osaanj, which is based in New Delhi, India, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their products as well as the level of service they gave. Fantastic experience with Osaanj Tiles -

The stripes in contrast ! I have a fetish for certain tinges and motifs - Tartan, Buffalo, Plaid, Shepard, Glen, Hound’s tooth or Gingham.

While designing one integral quarter of the house, wanted something different, impressive yet not flashy. Out of hundreds of shades, green - Sage Green was the one I was bent upon. Hues of timber attract but with enormous woodwork around the monotony had to be broken with colour.

Fabricators of the kitchen (foremost in the region) were reluctant for using this colour and I was insistent. Ironically once the Victorian style cabinets were structured, they exhibited the entire unit for months. And ! It turned out to be trendy. Which gave me an amalgamated feeling of ecstasy and dislike at the same time for it would become ordinary.

Second phase was the selection of wall tiles. Task not less than Herculean’s ! Checks of a specific kind were in the mind. Either Tartan or Gingham. Scottish hues appeal yet would give a jazzy appearance. Eventually after contemplating Gingham in “Party Time Pink and White” were opted for the Country look.

Either unavailable or not captivating. Not less than hundred stores selling tiles were frequented in towns around. Then chose shopping online. Again to exasperation the efforts went futile leaving one. While surfing noticed Osaanj Tiles with imposing craftsmanship. Request was accepted to bespoke that particular style never carted before in desired tones.

Now the question was of the slab stone. Italian marble or onyx ? Both not practical as advised by an expert. Quartz were in vogue but would not catch the fancy. Zeroed down to granite with the “Cotton Candy” print that would compliment the kitchen. He wasn’t diffident in especially dispatching the consignment from the Capital.
