I had to buy a machine for my food business and i came across this company to see their machines and i was blown away with the quality of machines and behaviour of the owner Mr. Hemant. I would highly recommend anyone in india from anywhere who wants to get machine for their food business to upgrade their business to checkout Omsky and talk to its owner Mr. Hemant once. I can assure you that you wouldn't regret your decision to buy machines from Omsky here in New Delhi.
purchased a paddle mixer from them worth rs 1,50,000. would not recommend them to anyone. the quality of the machine is pathetic. the delivery was late by a month. The person who came to install it didn't had the tools to install it. the machine broke within 1 month and when i asked them to repair it..no one is answering the calls. i was promised the cap of the machine in 3-4 days and in good faith i made the whole payment...been 4 months and they have stopped answering the calls. the owner of the comany, Hemant is extremely rude and the only staff Roshan never has an update. sick and tired of them...i feel cheated.
PLEASE NEVER NEVER NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THE OWNER HAS REVIEVED HIS OWN COMPANY 5 STAR ON GOOGLE...THE ONLY 5 STAR REVIEW. TOTAL FRAUD.
