I am cosmetologist from odisha...I have purchased derma chair ot light, nd trolly from them...all are made of best quality...with out any hesitation buy from them...rohit is a wonderful guy....
One of the worst manufacturer and dealer, bad quality recliner chair, arm rest got broken in 1 week only and when I asked for help and replacement of the arm rest, the so called owner Mr. Rohit told to send it back to his place and pick another arm rest, and is not taking any charge of replacing the product, even he has asked me to pay for picking and dropping the product.
In service industry, we have to serve our clients and fulfil their needs, where Mr. Rohit has misbehaved and abused instead of replacing the product.
I would suggest people not to buy anything from such vendor who doesn’t have business etiquettes
Need to get good instruments make, at present not ready to accept his mistakes (Rohit the owner)
Sold me a Dermachair which toggles every time you get up not ready to fix it as he accepts all his chairs are made with same quality
Rohit you are young, be ready to accept customer feedback and correct,,,
