Don't go by the reviews, this guy is utter non sense. He doesn't pick up calls after service. Very pathetic person😞

Do not go by the ratings. The person himself, Govind, is highly unprofessional, not up to the mark and does not answer calls after installation. He had installed 3 new ACs at my office and none of them work properly. He has been avoiding my calls and does not care to have a look at whatever shit he did with my ACs. Even though he had taken the payment in advance, this guy does not care to answer my calls, provide any service that was supposed to be carried out post installation. Pathetic experience with this rascal. The guy even had the audacity to delete my previous review from his reviews page. I just hope someone catches this guy and makes him pay for what he's done with clients.
He is not worth Review of 4.9 Stars. Most of the reviews appear to be fake. He is deceiving customers with review of 4.9
Our experience has been deeply disappointing. The company insisted on full upfront payment without even issuing proper invoices. Installation was completed in mid-February, but when we recently tried to use the AC units, none of them were cooling.
For the past five days, we have been repeatedly promised that a technician would visit “the next day,” yet no one has shown up. To make matters worse, they have now stopped answering our calls altogether.
Despite charging ₹75,000 for installation, there has been zero accountability or after-sales support. We relied on their online ratings, but the actual service quality is nowhere close to what is portrayed.
This appears to be a classic case of overcharging while delivering substandard, roadside-level service. Based on our experience, this company is not trustworthy and should be avoided.
