Unprofessional staff and hard to reachout after multiple attempts, book with them if you want stress even after paying money to them.
I am utterly disgusted with Om Logistics' incompetence and utter disregard for customers. I entrusted them with an urgent sample consignment from one location to another, with a committed delivery date. It arrived at the destination on time, but days later, it was still sitting undelivered in their warehouse, with no updates or action despite repeated follow-ups.
This isn't just a delay—it's a blatant failure that could jeopardize critical timelines and obligations. Their customer "service" is a joke: inquiries vanish without response, no follow-ups, no tracking tickets, nothing. It's like dealing with ghosts who couldn't care less about your business. No ownership, no accountability—just excuses and silence.
Why the hold-up after arrival? Why the radio silence on queries? And if this causes major issues, who's responsible for the fallout?
Avoid this clown show at all costs if you value your time, money, or sanity.

A Lesson in What Bad Customer Service Looks Like – Om Logistics Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd.
As a leading hemp raw material supplier in India, we take complete responsibility for our products and the customer experience. Unfortunately, our recent experience with Om Logistics Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. has been nothing short of disastrous.
We shipped a 1+ ton consignment with them. The bags were intact at loading, but when they reached the destination, every bag was torn with blades, poorly patched with OM Logistics stickers and tape. The client rightly refused to accept such damaged goods. Shockingly, their delivery team misinformed the client, saying acceptance was “mandatory,” otherwise the consignment would be dumped in front of the door.
The client captured photos of damaged goods inside their vehicle, which we shared with OM Logistics. What followed was a 9-day circus of irresponsibility — emails bounced from one person to another, with nobody taking ownership. Finally, a representative called only to say: “We can’t do anything, as no damage was reported at the time of delivery.” She was completely unaware of the photographic evidence we had already sent.
This is not the first time either — in past consignments, bags were damaged as they recklessly handled them with hooks. This time, we lost significant material and, worse, our reputation. We immediately refunded our client because we believe in standing by our customers.
But OM Logistics?
No ownership.
No accountability.
No professionalism.
Just passing the blame until they stop replying altogether.
We will never use OM Logistics again and strongly advise others to reconsider before entrusting them with their supply chain. In logistics, mistakes can happen, but refusing to own them, misleading customers, and ignoring escalations is unacceptable.

1.Unprofessional staff and rude behaviour
Even national Head Mr Anil Ji is not bothered if customer shipment is getting delayed.
2. They take 15-20 days to deliver the shipment which other transporter take hardly 3-4 days to deliver
3. They misplace materials and also misplace invoice and staff is not even bothered to find out material and because of them our order gets cancelled.

5. Mr Singhal should be aware that their employees are simply taking salaries without doing their work which will hamper his business.
6. I would recommend don’t give business to OM logistics as they charge heavily for your shipment and don’t deliver the parcel timely.
7. Also, their staff knows that there is so much mismanagement in this company.
8. Legal action should be taken against them for looting customers and doing fraud.
9. They always lie to customers and make excuses for late deliveries
10. No customer support and does it even reply to mails.
