I had one of the warmest experience in this particular store. The staff was so helpful in helping us decide one engagement outfit within a day. Luckily, my daughter’s size was available so we were able to buy it directly. They were most proficient and understanding my daughter’s needs and they cater to it with full precision as an international traveller I highly recommend this brand for service and designs❤️

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Ole Couture, Shahpur Jat. We were promised a brand new designer lehnga, but were instead handed the sample piece that had clearly been tried and displayed before. Despite multiple follow-ups, the store refused to acknowledge the issue or take responsibility.
The associate Riya Sharma, who assisted us, assured us several times that a fresh, unworn outfit would be delivered. However, what we received told a very different story — it was obvious from the fabric wear and loose threads that this was not a new piece. When we confronted them, instead of showing accountability or professionalism, they denied everything and tried to brush off our genuine concern.
For a label that claims to be a “premium designer brand,” this kind of behavior is unacceptable. When customers invest their trust and money in a premium outfit, honesty and integrity are the bare minimum to expect.
I’m sharing this experience so that others are aware before trusting Ole Couture with their special occasions. A beautiful outfit means nothing if it comes with deceit and poor ethics.
