The worst customer experience ever. These are scamsters and hacks who only know how to harass. Please I request you to NOT EVEN SIGN UP for them as they'll repeatedly call you even if you EXPLICITLY TELL THEM NOT TO CALL, OR DELETE YOUR MOVE REQUEST.
If you want your peace and privacy, PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR NUMBER IN THEIR SYSTEM OR BURN YOUR SIM AFTERWARDS BCOZ THEY WONT LET YOU LIVE IN PEACE.
I had a wonderful experience with this team. They arrived right on schedule, maintained a high level of professionalism, and treated all my items with great care. The whole moving process was seamless and completely hassle-free, with transparent communication and no unexpected costs. My belongings reached safely and within the promised time. The supervisor visited on time, understood exactly what I wanted, and suggested colour combinations that matched my interiors perfectly. Their team covered all furniture and flooring properly, which really impressed me because there were absolutely no unnecessary stains or mess anywhere.
The painters themselves were polite, skilled, and very patient. They took their time to ensure smooth coats, sharp edges, and a perfectly even finish on every wall. What I appreciated most was their attention to detail—especially in tricky corners and areas where the old paint was uneven. They also used good-quality materials, and it clearly shows in the final look.

🚫 Absolutely the Worst Experience Ever – NoBroker is a Scam! 🚫
I’m writing this out of sheer frustration and disappointment. NoBroker is not just unprofessional — it’s a complete scam platform filled with false promises, lies, and zero accountability.
I booked my house shifting on 25th October, and their customer care team confidently promised complete end-to-end services — including carpenter work, AC installation/uninstallation, and full packing. I trusted their words and relaxed, assuming everything was scheduled properly.
But just one day before my shifting (31st Oct), when I called to reconfirm, one representative shamelessly told me that none of those services were included! I was shocked. Then after escalating, her so-called senior called back and assured me that everything was added and that I shouldn’t worry.
Then came 1st November — the actual shifting day — and it turned into a nightmare.
My slot was for 9 AM, but their pickup guy, Prempal, started calling and showing up at 7 AM, with absolutely no manners or professionalism. When I allowed him to check the items, he arrogantly said “AC uninstall isn’t included, carpenter service isn’t there” — contradicting everything their team had promised! His rude tone and careless behavior made it worse.
I was left with my entire household packed, standing there helpless because of their lies. I called customer care again — same robotic apologies, no real help, no responsibility. Finally, I had to cancel everything and told them to keep their token money, because I was mentally exhausted by their pathetic coordination and untruthful behavior.
NoBroker should rename itself to “NoService” or “NoProfessionalism.” They lure customers with false promises, take your money, and vanish when it’s time to deliver.
Their customer support is clueless, their field staff is arrogant, and their commitments mean NOTHING.
💥 This company mentally harasses customers through lies and chaos.
💥 I’m planning to take legal action against them for mental harassment and false commitment.
