Prompt response by the team. Have taken refrigerator service from them for first time -as cooling had stopped abruptly.
They changed PCB , compressor and did service last week.
Visiting representative Mr. Jafar was courteous and explained charges beforehand. He did multiple visits.So far, cooling is satisfactory and am satisfied with the service. They had provided six months warranty also
I had an issue with my Samsung double door fridge on a Sunday. If I call the company the technician may not be available immediately. I searched on Google and based on rating called National Services. Zeeshan came in two hours time checked everything took the circuit board fixed it in two hours time. Everything was handled promptly and professionaly very well. I would recommend their services to any one you require quick response.
