Best institute of yoga.Having a great experience. Cervical pain get relieved. Ajay sir guides me so well and give proper attention to my problem. Thanks.Highly recommend institute of yoga
Very disappointing experience. The owner is extremely unprofessional—zero respect for clients. What’s advertised on Google is completely misleading; several services listed are simply not provided when you actually visit. It feels like a bait-and-switch. Communication is poor, and any concerns are dismissed instead of being addressed. Definitely not worth the time or money. Would not recommend.
Avoid: Serious Safety Hazards and Unprofessional Conduct
I visited this studio specifically for the aerial yoga classes advertised on their website and Google, but the reality was a complete "bait and switch." The photos shared online are highly misleading and do not represent the actual facility.
1. Severe Safety Violations:
The studio is located in a cramped, claustrophobic basement with a dangerously narrow entrance. There is zero ventilation, no fire exits, and not a single fire extinguisher in sight. Given the recent tragic events and strict commercial safety concerns regarding basements in Delhi, operating a public fitness space without basic fire safety compliance is incredibly negligent.
2. Unprofessional and Unsafe Environment:
The management’s conduct was appalling. The owner was extremely rude and dismissive, stating they "don't work according to the customer." His attire and behavior were highly unprofessional for a fitness professional, making the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe within the first 30 seconds of conversation.
3. Misleading Advertising:
The space is entirely different from the high-end studio shown in their advertisements. Aerial yoga requires specific structural safety and space, neither of which are present here.
I strongly advise anyone considering this place to prioritize their physical safety and mental peace by looking elsewhere. A wellness center should be a place of safety and respect, but this establishment lacks both.

Slightly premium pricing, but most reviewers agree it's worth the value due to the depth of instruction and results.
