Extremely disappointed with this center. There is absolutely no point in booking an appointment here, as they never respect the scheduled time. Every single time we visit, we end up waiting for hours—sometimes up to 2 hours just to get a ultrasound done.
If you are pregnant, please be mindful and think twice before coming here. Expecting mothers should not be forced to sit in a waiting room for hours on end due to mismanagement.
To make matters worse, the reception staff is incredibly unprofessional. They have zero empathy for the patients and instead of solving issues, they just keep people on hold or ignore them entirely.

😤 Unacceptable Wait Time & Extremely Rude Staff
I had a terrible experience at Nanda Diagnostic Centre today (31 Oct 2025) for a walk-in USG test.
I was promised a 40–45 minute wait but have been waiting for over 2 hours .
The lady at the reception desk is extremely rude and completely unprofessional. She has been sending in other patients who arrived after me, showing zero respect for anyone's time.
This gross mismanagement and complete disregard for patient schedule and basic ethics is appalling. Such behavior seriously hurts the centre's reputation. Immediate action is expected. Highly disappointed!
