First of all panel executive doesn't know anything , he doesn't know client is eligible for which type of room facility, no space for spending some time the hospital staff searching remote of TV from last two days but hardly no sucess achieved by them. Expecting on 3rd day atleast they will find it. My claim summary sheet is not been shared to my insurance company from last two days they are just sending. Dr comes n goes just 10 sec observation.sometimes nurse bell rang for 5 minutes then hardly any nurse comes. So overall I didn't recommend anyone to visit the hospital as it's not value for money.

Highly Pathetic Services. I got admitted on 4th Sept'18 around 11.35pm 'coz of abdominal pain due to bleeding during my first trimester. As soon as i got admitted, they put big sringe in my hand saying that we may require it for any immediate action so putting in advance. Gynae doctor came and given injection to reduce pain later at 12.35am on 5th Sept'18 they have done my ultrasound where my baby hearbeat is less than 50% from the normal rate. They asked my husband to deposit 15, 000 advance,even though knowing the fact that we are eligible for cashless facility. They kept me in labour room, not even changed my clothes, nor even used that sringe which is already inserted my hand nerve. They given all pain injection and bleeding substainable injection at my waist. There is no use of putting that syringe inside my hand nerve, as they used it at 5.30am on 5th Sept'18 for putting saline. Later at 9.30am again gone for Ultrasound which clearly states that there is no heart beat. They wolud have discharged me on time at the earliest knowing that fact am going to trauma of losing a kid of 7 weeks. but they have not let me know until my bill clearance has not done till 6pm 5th sept'18. They treated me like animal where they have not removed a syringe knowing the fact in paining me a lot not even allowed me to go out of the labour room just coz our bill of 1038 amount is not cleared. When we forcefully insist to remove the syringe they spoke to medical supritendent Dr. P K Bhardwaj (MS) about the same. but he also not allowed us to remove it until my bill clearance as we are TPA case. I personally feel this is really a kind of haressment did by the hospital with me as my a employee of a big company. Don't know how they treat normal patient in their hospital if they treat at worst with an educated patients. Am sure you guys are also experiencing the same. Please like my post and share it with other so that no one can visit this hospital again for even small treatments.
Please save yourself and your loved once. Hospital never take any responsibility for our loss. they ask us to sign a content putting us responsible for our own people loss. I'm sure all Saroj Medical institue across india is same with same rules and regulation.

My mother had a very high fever. We took her to this hospital for the same. After waiting for around an hour when we went to doctor’s cabin he was not at all interested in checking her. He didn’t even cared to check the temperature.I said she is not feeling well from yesterday and he just wrote every possible test prescribed 1 tablet and done. I swear he didn’t even looked at my mother. I was like we will not get these tests done in Saroj so we went to Lal Path lab and there they told us these tests do not make any sense as these tests can give accurate result only after atleast 4-5 days of fever and till then body do not respond properly to the tests. It’s highly unlikely that doctor do not know this. The question here is how greedy doctors and hospitals can go ? It’s just that they wanted to scam us into getting those tests done in their hospital. Highly disappointed. Never go to this hospital.

Hospital is good.
But at the emergency they are quite slow and in discharging patient they take a lot of time for without any reason. Otherwise doctor is good. Facility of CT scan is also available. Clean and hygienic ambience. But there is a lot of scope in improvement.

Located in a remote location which makes it difficult to reach and find. Poor infrastructure and lack of basic facilities like drinking water and canteen. Hospital charges are almost equal to other big competitors but facilities provided are nowhere near them.
