Received double wall and single wall glass packing from mpack. Bimla mam took care of everything at finest. Liked the product quality as well
Worst experience with this Company. No professionalism, no process for escalation. They don't treat their customers in proper way. There is no time limit of product delivery and no one takes the responsibility of communicating with customer for their problems. Once order is given, only God knows how it be delivered and when. Even after delivery, it is not sure that how much percent okay material you will receive and on complaining about rejection no one is bothered to resolve or replace the material. Even after sharing the videos of manufacturing defects they don't accept. Very poor management. Quality of material is always a big question mark as per my past experience. Recently out of 576 box lot 105 (18℅Rejection) boxes were badly damaged and on checking it was clearly visible that it is manufacturing defect where one side of the box is made with low quality plastic whereas this problem was not there in initial orders. On complaining about the same no response for 3 weeks and when i followed them with lot of messages and calls then it was simply told that it is because of transportation and nothing got replaced.
So my strong recommendations to avoid dealing with such unprofessional, self centric and not a customer friendly Company.
Not even in your nightmare consider to work with them. Their entire system is very laid-back, they talk extremely rudely with their customers. Specially this lady Nirmala from sales team is so foul mouth, use to ignore/disconnect the phone calls if questioned on delay in delivery of products. Sadly had to reach out to their senior team members via linkedin and social media platform to escalate the concern, then too after 5-6 months of placing the order my refunds is pending with them! Above all the stickers they printed were around 20% damaged, as in the edge of around 200 sheets were torn. SAVE YOUR VALUABLE MONEY, I hope this helps!

There representative Ms Poonam Rawat specially is very helpful and patient to listen to your needs and takes ownership throughout the transaction.
We feel pretty sorted from packaging front, and trust is such that whole thing now happens over the whatsApp.

It was a good experience. There was a variety of packaging stuff for people entering into food delivery.
There is just 1 clause. They need order in minimum number quantity and it varies on different product.
