While the process to book an appointment was really tedious, the experience at the center was a very pleasant contrast. Beautiful decor, warm and welcoming staff, state of the art equipment and excellent doctors! I would like to especially mention Kapil Sharma, support staff at the centre who was extremely helpful making sure my father who is 86 was comfortable and fully supported. Super experience!

Had a very good experience at Mahajan Imaging Centre. The team handled a difficult MRI scan with great professionalism, patience, and care. The staff was supportive throughout the process and made the patient feel comfortable and reassured.
A special thanks to attendant Sunita for her kindness, support, and constant assistance during the scan. Her calm and caring attitude truly made a stressful procedure much easier.
Highly appreciate the entire team for their excellent service and compassionate approach.

On 24/03 was my 2nd visit. In my two experience I want to suggest that Registration Desk staff should be more calm and courageous. They should understand that every person who comes to them is troubled by his illness. so at least don't irritate from them they can't cure them but definitely they can provide them emotional support.

We had a PET scan done for my father at Mahajan Imaging & Labs, and I’m truly grateful for the care and professionalism we experienced.
The entire staff was courteous, efficient, and reassuring at every step, which makes a world of difference during an emotionally charged time. A special mention to Neetu Khanduja, who took exceptional care of us.. she was kind, patient, and deeply sensitive to my father’s needs, bringing a sense of calm to the process.
