I had an appointment for my right knee MRI. Really loved the staff behaviour. Especially jyoti maam and abhishek sir and another sir (who mediated me through the entire process and really carried everything very politely and generously. Thank you Jyoti ma'am for asking a cup of coffee and another sir (can't really remember your name ) but thanks for making sure we don't go away with any confusion rather from the space of genuine problem solving. Experts here are highly knowledgeable and make sure they gives their best service to the patients.
I had my OPG X-ray done at Mahajan Imaging Centre, Pusa Road, and I had a really great experience. Dr. Vaishali was extremely polite, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. She explained everything calmly and performed the X-ray very smoothly and efficiently. Very good service. Costomer care also responding and brief all the required precautions very well. Dr Anurag Batta is very experienced and treat very politely. Supporting staff Ms. Bhagirathi is also very caring and guiding patients very well.
Mahajan Imaging is located on the 1st floor at Pusa Road and has a lift facility. The place is very neat and clean, and the staff is polite and humble. I also received my report before the expected time. It was a very good experience.
