3rd Class After-Sales Service
Don’t even deserve a single star
Disappointed with their after-sales service. One month since my machine is down and no resolution. Slow response times, unqualified technicians, and finger-pointing leave me feeling unsupported. Consider other suppliers who prioritize customer service.
Pathetic service.. My machine not working since 10 days and continuously calling these people for getting it serviced, but no response from their side..
Pathetic Service.. Been waiting for service to happen for last 3 months but still no revert or action taken. No call back from Customer Care even after repeated calls!
It has not even been 6 months since the machine was purchased and it has been standing for last 3 months!!
Worse place to buy the machine from. Machine doesn't work even for 6 months and they do not respond for service calls after that.
They are only good until they are trying to sell a machine.
They people are fraud first they sell there machines after dat they will not pic up the call n so bad quality machines they make mr gandhi and mr Pawan luthra they both are doing this fraud from last 7 months I am trying to call these people but no response from there side I would suggest don’t purchase any machines from Mac printing solutions.
