SUPPORT IS NOT GOOD, MANY TIMES DEALER DIDNT PICKUP THE CALLS
Unprofessional and Time-Wasting
I requested a demo and was promised a callback at a specific date and time. No one bothered to call. No update. No apology.
I repeatedly tried calling back and got absolutely no response. When I finally received an explanation, I was told that the executive — and apparently everyone else — was “too busy.” If you’re too busy to keep basic commitments, you shouldn’t be dealing with customers at all.
This complete lack of professionalism shows how little you value customer time and effort. If this is the experience before making a purchase, I can only imagine how terrible the after-sales service would be. Thank God I didn’t buy anything — otherwise I’d probably be chasing this company endlessly for support.
Extremely disappointing. Respect your customers.
