I am highly disappointed with the quality of Johnson vitrified tiles purchased from Krishna Ceramics. Within a period of 2 months after the tiles were installed, it's polish started peeling off. This not only affects the appearance but also questions the reliability of the product. I complained to Krishna Ceramics (Manoj Kumar) about peeling off polish from the tiles and requested him to come home and check once, why is this happening? He never visited the home and started blaming me that something has happened due to you that the polish of tiles is peeling off.
No nonsense shopping. Got tiles for whole home and they were as good as some branded tiles big brands. Value for money.
Pure wastage of time and effort. The location is at a remote shabby place. Its not some showroom as they have shown in the youtube video but just a factory warehouse. Prior visiting I enquired if they have glossy vitrified tile and the person who picked my call confirmed so. But when I visited they didn't have even the very basic tiles such as 2x2 . The sales person doesn't even know the difference between double charge and single charge tiles. They don't have even basic etiquette to ask the customer about their requirement. While I can write a complete story on how bad this place is actually, but restricting with just one word- PATHETIC. Giving one star as there is no scope of zero.
Primarily caters to big scale builders and developers. Not much difference in price when going for less than 2000 sq ft material. Found ~2-3% breakage and bend in large tiles (5'x2.5). Prices are competitive. However much better options can be found in Mongolpuri wholesale tiles market.
