I visited the shop to repair my mixcy. Very expert mechanic Mechanic repair the same without hassle free. Rates reasonable.
(1) Worst service and worst way of talking to customers - they do not let the customer talk or ask any questions, the guy named Ramesh is very rude, usually responds sarcastically and is extremely mannerless! (2) Few days back, I got a 3 ltr. cooker repaired from this shop - they changed the safety valve, did some other repair to the handle too and charged me Rs. 220/-. (3) But the next day, the cooker started malfunctioning again. When i called and complained...they asked to bring the cooker again and told me repair will again cost Rs. 90/- ! But i never went again since i hated the overall experience. (4) Their services are quite overpriced compared to other shops. (5) There is no guarantee of the so called repair work they do....total CROOKS in business...AVOID at all costs.
Update on 28-March-2026 after the shop's response - (1) The way that rude person Ramesh even speaks with all including females (saw him speaking similar ways to another customer while i was there on the shop), he is NOT FIT to be even called an 'elder'. He is highly mannerless, to say the least! To add in here, i see the repair service only as a professional transaction where money was exchanged for a service rendered ...and which did not last even for a single day. Respect only works and matters if given on both sides. Not sure what kind of one-sided respect or courtesy is being expected or talked about here...look at their audacity, its highly unfortunate and disappointing... SHAME! (2) Looking at their response, i can only say they are trying hard to cover it all...but sound completely senseless. I still stand by what i said earlier...they are total CROOKS in business, BEWARE PEOPLE!! (3) To those looking for an alternative, there are tens of cooker repair shops in nearby Govindpuri. Two shops are very near to the popular Nirmaan Store, they charged me less than half the price (just Rs. 70/-) for changing safety valve & cooker rubber too and provided durable quality service. Since that day, the cooker is working very fine.
Visited this shop for replacing my kaff chimney filter. Mr sanjay diligently helped me order a replacement at the best discount possible. It was worth it to travel from Katwaria sarai to kalkaji for visiting such a warm and welcome shop. They deal with all kinds of kitchen appliance repairs including everything related to chimney.

I had my Blendtec blender and another blender repaired by them on 2 different occasions. Excellent service. Reasonable charges. Used their home pick up & drop off service which was very convenient. Highly recommended.
