Very disappointed with Kalki’s service.
We were promised that the sherwani would be delivered on time, but it kept getting delayed again and again. Despite continuous follow-ups, the team failed to deliver it as committed.
To make things worse, the safa they provided did not match the sherwani at all, and even that was not delivered on time. For such an important occasion, their unprofessional behavior and false promises caused a lot of stress.
Kalki needs to seriously improve their delivery timelines and coordination. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Beautiful collection, really helpful staff, the clothes instantly elevates your entire persona. Loved every single piece there. Vimal as really helpful throughout the time from outfit selection till final trial.
Everyone was very helpful and supportive. We were attended by Vimal and zoha , both of them were really cooperative. And special thanks to Mr Surender Tiwari for keeping the attire aside on our request. Visiting Kalki store Pitampura was really a good experience. Thanks to everyone.
