Fraud company! Donot get staff from her at all! Her staff is pathetic with no experience. Sends random ladies who have even stolen my husband’s perfume.
She denied sending staff after 2 months of agreement and has 20000 rs with her which she refuses to give.
Very conviniently blocks her clients after failing to give service.

Well this company is all about taking money and not doing work. The seniors are the worst people. When there client call them they do not receive the call they block you and if you call from some other number they abuse you. It is a fake unit which takes your money and then threatens you.
One of the worst agencies I’ve ever dealt with. Despite clearly laying out our expectations, they sent a completely untrained and careless maid. She arrived without even basic personal belongings — no clothes, no toiletries, nothing — and had the audacity to ask us for everything. We basically ended up managing her, rather than the other way around.
She disappeared after a month without warning, and the agency, especially the so-called owner, went totally silent. No replacement, no explanation, no refund — nothing. The complete lack of professionalism and accountability is appalling. Once they take their commission, they clearly wash their hands of all responsibility.
Save yourself the headache — avoid this agency unless you enjoy being ignored and duped.
We had a very disappointing experience. Despite explaining our requirements clearly and in detail, the agency sent someone who was clearly untrained and inexperienced. We trusted the owner, who presented herself as the person in charge, and paid the full commission expecting a reliable service.
However, just after completing one month, the maid began creating unnecessary issues and said she needs to go to home as someone in family passed away. Since then, the agency has not provided a replacement, and all attempts to contact the owner have gone unanswered.
It’s extremely frustrating, especially when you’re relying on someone for daily household support. Lack of accountability and poor communication made this whole process stressful and unprofessional. Would not recommend based on our experience. She picked up the phone once and started putting fake excuses back on us. We tried contacting maid directly she said the agency is just making excuses not to return money.
