I placed an order with Jivo on 20th January, and even after 12 days, the order has still not been delivered. There was absolutely no proactive communication from their side during this period.
Today, I finally received a call from the delivery agent, who spoke rudely and said delivery would only be attempted between 2–5 PM, a time I had already informed them I would not be available. There was no willingness to accommodate.
When I requested a refund due to the delay and poor service, I was told it would take at least 15 days to process. My emails asking for update and refund, both have gone unanswered.
This is very frustrating. Poor customer service, unprofessional delivery behavior, and zero accountability. I would not recommend Jivo based on my experience.
Our kitchen is ruled by Jivo products. The best of Canola cold-pressed and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. With passage of time, we realised that Jivo was not only about Oils but an array of products that are pure and trustworthy. I’m a Jivo Fan.
VERY BAD COMPANY MAKING ADULTERATED PRODUCTS AND ALSO CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS.
Ordered 5 Litre Mustard Oil on Flipkart. It was open-box delivery. Received a can of 5 litre. One side of the can says Mustard Oil in big size type face. Other side of the can says the content as "Groundnut Oil" in a very small type face. This I could not notice at the time of delivery.
Flipkart refused to replace or refund.
Contacted Jivo who agreed to replace and promptly collected the canister from me. Till date I have not got replacement or my money.
JIVO GOT MY MONEY AS WELL AS THE OIL. THEY SELL ADULTERATED OIL, THE CANISTER WITH ME WAS A PROOF. THIS THEY HAVE COLLECTED BY MAKING FALSE PROMISES. Does not it amount to cheating?
They always bluff the customer. On 25th March 2025, I have been told that a refund has been initiated and it would be credited to my account within 2 to 3 days. Till today, I have not received my money.

Jivo wheatgrass Juice is tasty with health nutrients. I appreciate their exceptional management which helping students for their education. Keep it up guys
I got 4 different juice of Jivo from Urban Kisan. I tried the Mojito one and it was was refreshing. Happy to see companies coming up with such fresh healthy juices. Looking forward to try more products from Jivo.
