Excellent sales and service. Purchased saga plotter from some other vendor who failed to provide service and warranty. Contact Mr Vinod jindal who personally provided the support and got my machine's motherboard and touch panel replaced in 50% less price than the market . Even the dispatch and packaging was top quality. Highly advise everyone to purchase machines from Jindal offset India ltd and not from random companies just to save few thousands. After sales service matters a lot which only a reputed company like Jindal offset manages to provide. Will be making new purchases soon from them.
