When we wanted to upgrade our certification from ISO9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015, we interviewed many service providers for the same. Most of them would charge a fee and give certification without checking any quality processes.
QFS team painstakingly went through our process, trained our people and finally ensured that we were upto mark for quality processes. They also did follow up trainings to ensure that the processes are followed.
