We went to IOTAto buy furniture for our new residence . The furniture was very sophisticated & the staff was very patient and cooperative. Each & every technical detail of the moving parts of the table were shown . We choose the dining table and chairs . We are pleased with staff and the store & happy with deal as well.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at IOTA Furniture was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. The store was beautifully arranged and easy to navigate, making the browsing experience enjoyable rather than overwhelming.

I came in with a vague idea of updating our home, and he patiently listened to my preferences, style, and budget. He walked me through several options, explained the materials and care for each piece, and even helped me visualise how the furniture would fit in my space.

Thanks to his guidance, I found the perfect furniture for my home. The delivery team was also prompt, courteous, and careful with setup—everything arrived in pristine condition. IOTA is definitely one of the BEST stores at Kirti Nagar. Not only due to its finest furniture collection but also cuz of its customer service and experience.

First, about the store.

We had come from Gurgaon looking for a 8 seater dining table (preferably an extendable one). Having spent entire day, going from one store to other - we had literally lost hope of finding anything as per our liking (interms of design n material quality) that too within our budget.

Our last stop was at IOTA.

After a long day, we were pleasantly surprised at IOTA. We found the entire collection to be quite exquisite - designs n finishes reflecting latest trends. The material n finish qualities were quite amazing as well.

Unlike the upscale big box stores - customer service was not at allSNOBBISH (a complete turn off for us).

We were warmly hosted by Sushma - she was polite and very quick in understanding our requirements. She guided us really well to decide upon the product configuration to best meet our requirements within our budget.

Then couple of days later came the payment process part - staying at Gurgaon its really a gruelling exercise to travel all the way to Kirti Nagar. But Sushma organized that too - by getting the payment collected frm our home.

Finally product delivery was very smooth, on time and completely hassle free.

Overall experience was quite amazing and highly satisfying.

Bought Dining Table, Leather+Fabric chairs, Beds(2) almost 24 months ago. A bit pricey but unique collection, kind of what we were after. Looks superb, very comfortable and most guests have been asking for references since. Few bumps lately on furniture (Mostly usage), but Kalpana from Iota is very helpful and kind. Organized home visit of technician/fixer with all stuff at no further charge.They send in a truck (For dining Chairs), loaded all, fixed in 2 weeks and is back shiny like brand new. No charge. Highly Recommended. Buy Few pieces initially, then keep on expanding. Vaneet Gupta (Gurgaon).
