They are fraud, please do not deal with them ever. I send 32kg package from Mumbai to Canada. They divided that package without telling me into two boxes. Only one box came that too my Kasya utensils were broke. 2nd package had 30 new handloom sarees. I was trying to start my small business here in Canada. All those sarees costed me Rs.70,000 are lost. I paid them Rs.21600 just for shipping charges on 20th Feb 2026. It’s been more than 3 months i didn’t receive the package so they said we will settle claim. After spending almost 1 lakh for this package they sent me only Rs.9536. I am going to complain them in consumer court. Please do not deal with them. They don’t take any responsibility.
