We Booked a car with driver for a tour in Rajasthan and the expirence was really disappointed. First the good points : the driver was always on time and drive safely (except the last day, he wanted to be back home). He also wanted to share the Hindu culture. Now the problematic points :
1) the driver first try to make us pay an update for the car we didn't ask for
2) he booked a guide in nawalgarth we didn't ask for
3) he complained about the hotel in nawalgarth we Booked because there was no free room for the driver. On the reservation of the trip in the office it was 100% clear: we book our hotel and the driver his hotel. We don't have to choose the hôtel because of the driver
4) we had to choose an hotel we didn't like in pushkar for same reason. It wasn't clean, not the best situation, well destroyed, power cut, ... for the same price we could have way better.we proposed to the driver 4 different options. None was good. We told several times we didn't want to go there and nevertheless he bring us there. First he told we will check there and then an other hotel. But there was no other hotel. We decided to stay there for him because there was the rest of the trip with him.
5) the driver bring us to a travel agency to book a safari trip in pushkar. We asked him several times how much it was. He never wanted to tell us the price and we had to negotiate the price by ourself and without preparation. We paid 60000 and normal price us 25000... the safari really not worth it.
6) complain about the trip to ragnakpur join temple because it's far. It was on the initial plan.
8) General notes : never stop to show us some interest points/never give tips for the prices or scams etc..
I'm sorry to write a bad note but I think people should be warned...

I visited Manali from the 29th of Dec-2020 to the 2nd of Jan-2021 in a pre-booked package from Indo World Travel in New Delhi.
All the experience was very awsome, everything was good..Hotel, Cab services all are upto the mark.
