Poor products and service, please don’t go for it. I have purchased seven camera for my building and it takes so long to get a response and get our problems solved. I have to always go through IndiaMART mechanism to get a response and this time these guys don’t even willing to respond from there, last I messaged them on 27th October with no response.
I have already paid a yearly service and maintenance package to them alongside buying the products but I do feel that was not the right decision, hence putting this message on Google reviews for others to get aware and don’t use these services in future.
I have been a customer to them since past 6-7months and I am quite satisfied with them. I am in contact with Mr.Siddharth Ji. He's humble in nature, responds on time, have proper resolutions as well as provide good support too. The prices they offer are very genuine and competitive too. They are a genuine, registered dealer too.
