My experience with HSPS Textile Pvt Ltd (Harpar Group) has been extremely disappointing. I approached them for RFD twill, and after initial discussions, they completely stopped responding—no calls picked, no replies on WhatsApp.
There seems to be a pattern of making commitments without delivery. Also, the high number of 5-star ratings appears questionable, as many look internally influenced rather than from genuine customers.
Overall, this reflects poor professionalism and lack of accountability. I would strongly recommend others to be cautious before engaging with them.

I have very Good experience with hsps textile they have very good quality of fabric and many type of certified fabric like BCI cotton, sustainable cotton , recycle cotton , organic cotton fabric , bamboo ,banana Aloe vera ,corn fiber fabric ....price also is very reasonable...

Amazing variety of fabric at very good prices, the staff is also very helpful specially Ms Asha. I am a regular buyer and would highly recommend them.
I purchased 100 meter fabric from them and have it delivered to Mumbai . The fabric sent was not the same quality or color. I returned it for a replacement at my own expense, they couldn't manage the same color or quality so I asked for a refund. They recieved the return shipment more than 2 weeks ago and I have been calling them ever since but no-one is helping . This is the first time I did business with them.They have good fabric at good prices but that's not enough as a vendor. It's been more than 4 weeks since I paid for the order and my production is lagging behind because of them. No one is taking accountability for this. Everytime I call they keep delaying and tell me it's in process. After multiple attempts also noone is letting me speak to a senior and their email ID on Google is also not correct so there is no way you can get hold of anyone.THEY HAVE THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE COME ACROSS. I WOULD HV GIVEN A MINUS STAR , HAD there been an option.
PLEASE DONT WORK WITH THEM ATALL IN CASE YOU HAVE TO GET THE FABRIC CUT ND SHIPPED IN FRONT OF YOU.
