Very bad company don't ever visit or go for house wise the employee sarita lingal is specially a bad employee she took all our personal details for renting flat took the token amout but didn't gave us the flat very bad service
I used their end to end property management service and my flat got rented out in 20 days. Super quick and transparent process
They are very slow and lack transparency.
I had contacted them for my property management at Lodha Upper Thane, I had clearly mentioned that our first priority is to sell it and second priority is to rent it out.
We asked for a custom plan, but they shared an agreement only for rental service and took 5000/- + 18% GST.
After repeated requests for vendor quotation for security camera and modular kitchen and wardrobe ,lock box and intercom installation , they gave us vendor quotation for more than 3 lakhs with 10% supervision fees + GST,without sharing any details of raw material to be used or giving references to confirm his previous work.
They gave quotation from only one vendor without any reference images/ videos of his work , when I asked to share references, they refused saying that their vendors are already screened by them using proper quality screening without giving any details of their vetting process.
Eventually, I decided not to hire the vendor and get interiors done through them
It has been 1.5 months and they haven't brought a single lead for rent even.
They advertised only on 1 platform - Magicbricks , that too without proper description of the furnishings and society name and details.
Overall, they lack competency needed for the job and not suitable for property management service at all.
Update on 14/02/2022- since taking payment on 17th December 2022, not a single lead brought by them until now.
