Rude staff behavior
Just concern about money

Bad bathroom condition, non functional flush, taps leaking.
Room keys non function, every time you close the room, you have to call the staff to open the door.
Don't let the photos on booking.com fool you. This place is really not clean or safe but very cheap. The booking.com photos swayed it for us but it didn't look anything like the posts. See photographs of the bathroom and living area. There was no hot water. When raised all this with staff they said it was one of the best rooms! Avoid at all costs, we left earlier than we planned as it was so bad. It only got a star as the staff and manager were pleasant.
I can confirm what I have also seen from many other reviewers. The rooms are not cleaned properly (particularly there was a lot of hair already on the beds across the 4 rooms my friends and I stayed in) and the hotel ins not sound proofed in anyway and the surroundings can be very loud all night.
We arrived early morning by semi sleeper. We were granted early check-in by paying 50% of the night charge which is understandable but also kind of a shame.
We were shown our intended room, which had mold on the ceiling. We asked for a different one, which had a weird smell, then the third room which was ok but not ready yet. The fourth room was the one we chose, it was clean and comfortable.
There were many many many flying little insects all over the bathroom which was again, a shame, but not terrible.
No hot water in the shower.
Wifi was great.
Reception had nice, helpful people.
Doorman helped us take our bags (without us asking) then asked for a tip..
Location is close to main bazaar but not noisy which is nice.
All in all was okay, value for money i guess
The room was clean and the bed was comfy, also the area this hotel is located was not too noisy to sleep.
Although, there was no hot water for showers at all, and wifi in my room never worked (I think mine was room 101) so it might not the best place if someone wants to stay in the room and relax.
Going back to this hotel from New Delhi sightseeing was quite tough, because this area coming back from south part of Delhi can be so much of a traffic jam.
Location is not too bad, I didn’t feel dangerous to walk around, but it was kinda filthy around there to me. Not too much to do around the hotel so I always went out for sightseeing and eating.
Otherwise, the guys were very welcoming and helpful, they gave me complimentary water and stuff.
