I booked this hotel at the last minute and expected a basic stay, but it was actually much better than I thought. The lobby was clean, check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was compact but well arranged and neat.
The bed was comfortable and linen was fresh. Bathroom was clean with hot water available 24/7. I also liked that the hotel was quiet at night despite being in a busy area.
For the price I paid, this was definitely worth it. It’s not luxury, but it gives a very solid and comfortable experience for short stays.
I give you 5 because of staff Constructive feedback regarding linen standards. I appreciate that the housekeeping staff was quick and ready to help when I requested a bedsheet change. However, the fact that the replacement sheet also had a hole suggests a breakdown in your laundry and quality control processes. I highly recommend a quick audit of your linen inventory to maintain the hotel's standard.
