I bought 2 blood machines from this company for animal rescue in Varanasi! I liked the company, and my Instagram followers and I raised money to help animal rescue, and when they found out that it was for street dogs, they gave us a discount! It was very nice! We ordered and paid for a microscope from this company with delivery to the UAE. But they didn't send a new microscope, but an old one, covered in scratches and rust. Despite the fact that all this happened during the delivery. We also took a very long time to ship, changing the delivery company and making two shipments together, which meant we had to pay twice for UAE customs clearance. I do not advise international companies to contact this company for a delivery order. You won't get any feedback, and if there are problems, they don't solve them.
Update. terrible quality. At first, the pedal stopped working. And today it has completely burned down. The company does not get in touch and does nothing. Do not buy anything if you use it outside of India. But you won't find any support from them in India either.
