It was a great day to visit hosper office and Factory to meet Mr Pankaj Mahto to get breif knowlege of hosper products, business stretegy and to proceed further for ordering product. I had purchased electrical items worth more than ₹2,40,000 from Hosper store at Mangolpuri, Delhi on 17th March 2026. A small portion of items worth ₹1,000 were returned due to some issues.
Initially, there was a slight delay in processing the refund, but Mr. Mukul Sindhiya (Sales Manager) personally took ownership and ensured that the refund was credited promptly.
