We have had a great experience at HOD (Green Park) at every visit. The facilities are clean, the staff is polite and efficient and the rest reports are prepared and delivered in a very short time. The process to book appointments is very convenient as tests can be booked using phone, their App or directly at their test center.
The tests are priced reasonably and are often much cheaper than the labs in the hospitals. They also have a very reliable home phlebotomy services.
Amazing experience! Coming from Dubai and the experience here was really satisfying worth mentioning here. It was a very fast and good customer service experience.. All the staff was quite helpful and considerate. Especially lady Sapna at the customer care was super helpful. Her seasoned approach, efforts, experience and customer service was really delightful. I had done many tests and all the tests had long waiting but Sapna looking at my condition, went extra miles and got everything done fast. Their package of 3k was really worth it, so I took that along with I also did Eco stresses and insulin fasting.
The experience was average. They are empanelled with CGHS however they are not providing services as per CGHS terms and conditions. Divya ma'am in Radiology department is very cordial, friendly and ready to help patient in fastest and easiest manner.
Absolutely stunning customer service experience on each call on any number, on each interaction with any one at Green park center. Very pleasing people, staff, good track record, well accepted reports, very organised system/communication and delivery of reports and on the Top, quite reasonable for an ordinary person.
I dont know if the founders have some missionary approach or this is their business strategy, whatever it might be, they are doing a good work and should continue spreading themselves more, keep quality good, rates more and more affordable to masses and God will keep blessing them in more ways than one! I had booked an ultrasound test online two days in advance, expecting a confirmed time slot. However, when I arrived at the lab, I was informed that no time slot was available due to a long queue, and I had to wait for nearly three hours.
I would like to mention that the staff was very cooperative, polite, and supportive during the waiting period, which I truly appreciate.
