I've dealt with a lot of steel suppliers in Delhi and most of them lose interest the moment they think your order is small. Went to Gupta Iron & Steel needing PUF panel in Delhi for a single cold room. Nobody made me feel like a small customer. They gave me same attention and pricing transparency. Walked out satisfied. I will highly recommend them.
They talk very sweet, act very friendly, BUT THE BENDING MACHINE FOR TRIMS IS MISALIGNED, AND THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT MISTAKE.
Check every thing personally, with measurements before taking delivery or buy from somewhere else.

Product quality not good as per price and commitment. Shows new product and gives old jointed product. When we goes to replace then says take money back and return the cash and when we had purchased they take full gst. Also dont return gst amount and also dont give credit note. Behaviour is also not good. So we dont prefer to buy from this company
