Very poor experience with this banquet hall. The staff was extremely uncooperative and not supportive at all. They seemed focused only on taking money rather than providing good customer service. Their behavior was unprofessional, and they were not helpful when issues came up. On top of that, the food was very disappointing, worst quality and not tasty at all. Management did not handle things properly either. I would not recommend this place to anyone planning an important event. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

A grand very family oriented place Good for small and mediocre gathering the food is really awesome from starters to all course meals and the staff is very wry helpful
Grand Utsav Banquet has good space and the decoration is okay. However, the food taste is overly sweet, and the same gravy is used in almost every curry. Hygiene, staff behavior, and service need improvement.
