Very disappointing experience with this logistics company. They are charging ₹950 per kg plus ₹2,000 per box for shipments from Delhi to UAE, which is completely unreasonable in my experience.
Before booking, please compare rates with companies like Aramex, FedEx, and DHL. I was quoted rates in the range of ₹300–₹400 per kg by other providers, with delivery in about 5 days, making this company's pricing look extremely excessive.
The pricing wasn't the only issue. The staff were rude and unprofessional when I questioned the charges. Instead of explaining the costs properly, they showed very poor customer service.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Please compare prices with other international couriers before booking, otherwise you may end up paying significantly more than necessary.

At the time of booking, their sales team informed me that the delivery would take around 12–16 days, but surprisingly my shipment was delivered in just 9 days, which was much faster than expected. This really impressed me because timely delivery is very important for international shipments.

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. They provided home pickup service and also did proper packaging at our home itself. Their packing quality was excellent and handled very professionally to ensure the shipment remained safe during transit.
